30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or any reason not caused by Rovinal, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Rovinal will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for fulfillment.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include clear photos of the product and its packaging.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.
Chargebacks
